On September 3 and 4, 2002, the Government held its August regular meeting, examining the following issues:

- The Government�s draft program of action for its 2002-2007 term.

- The report on a number of issues on the renewal of the direction and administration activities as well as the amendment of the working regulation of the Government.

- The draft decree prescribing the functions, tasks, powers and organizational apparatus of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

- The draft legislative programs of the Government for 2002-2007 period and 2003.

- The report on the situation of natural calamities and the direction of prevention, combat and overcoming thereof as from the beginning of the year.

- The report on the implementation of socio-economic development plans in August and the first eight months and a number of solutions to direct the implementation thereof in the last four months of 2002.- (Summary)
