On organizing the enforcement of the Defense Law

In order to enforce the Defense Law, which came into force on January 1, 2006, the Prime Minister requests ministries, central agencies and localities to disseminate the Law among cadres, civil servants and people, to direct and guide their attached agencies to well implement the Law, to elaborate annual cost estimates for the defense work, and to perform some other specific tasks.- (Summary)
