DIRECTIVE

On the implementation of the Government’s Decree No. 161/2005/ND-CP of December 27, 2005, detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents and the Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents

The Prime Minister requests ministries, agencies and provincial/municipal People’s Committees to strictly abide by the provisions on the elaboration of law-making programs, consolidate their legal organizations and elaborate and promulgate legal documents according to their competence.

He assigns the Government Office to coordinate with the Justice Ministry and relevant agencies in working out a regulation on examination of legal documents and submit it to him for promulgation before July 31, 2006.- (Summary)
