This action program, comprising 4 schemes, aims to create substantial changes in awareness and actions of all levels, branches, mass organizations and the entire society regarding the work of prevention and combat of women and children trafficking in order to prevent, preclude and basically reduce by 2010 the women and children trafficking.

Funding for implementation of the program includes the State budget (central and local budgets) and other lawful sources, contributions of the community, international aid etc.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
