Amending and supplementing the Finance Ministry’s Circular No. 34/2005/TT-BTC of May 12, 2005, which guides the determination of reserve price and the transfer of state property for auction

This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO.”

The provisions of Circular No. 34/2005/TT-BTC, which are not amended or supplemented under this Circular, shall still be effective.- (Summary)
