Promulgating the Regulation on operation of state labor inspectorates by mode of inspectors in charge of regions

The Regulation promulgated together with this Decision applies to the Inspectorate and chief inspector of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; directors, inspectorates and chief inspectors of provincial/municipal Services of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; inspectors in charge of regions; and subjects defined in Articles 2 and 3 of the Labor Code.
