Decision No.280-TTg of April 29, 1997 on the establishment of wide-ranging information network for information transmission and receipt within the State administrative agencies.

To establish wide-ranging information network on the basis of hooking up the central networks of the ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies attached to the Government and the People�s Committees of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government with the Government�s central network to efficiently serve the managerial activities of the Government and the local administration.-
