Guiding the regime of collection, remittance, management and use of the auctioning charge, and charge levels

The auctioning charge guided in this Circular applies to property auction under the Government’s Decree No. 05/2005/ND-CP of January 18, 2005, and the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 216/2005/QD-TTg of August 31, 2005. This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO”. Other matters related to the charge collection, remittance, management and use and charge collection publicity which are not mentioned in this Circular shall comply with the Finance Ministry’s Circular No. 63/2002/TT-BTC of July 24, 2002, and Circular No. 45/2006/TT-BTC of May 25, 2006.- (Summary)
