DIRECTIVE No. 37/2004/CT-TTg of November 8, 2004 on the continued implementation of Resolution No. 09/1998/NQ-CP and the Government's national program on crime prevention and control up to 2010
The Prime Minister issued this Directive requesting the ministries, the heads of the ministerial-level agencies, the heads of the agencies attached to the Government and the presidents of the provincial/municipal People's Committees to perform some major tasks in order to maintain political security and social safety and order, thus creating a stable society for socio-economic development, promote the general strength of the whole political system, and continue restricting crimes, especially serious ones such as organized trans-national crimes, abuse of children, women trafficking, drug-related crimes, corruption, smuggling, trade frauds, and abuse of high technologies
