CIRCULAR NoCIRCULAR No. 09/2001/TT-BTC of January 18, 2001 guiding the implementation of a number of points concerning policies and measures to execute the 2001 State budget estimates
In 2001, all revenue sources, regulating ratios and expenditure tasks between the central budget and local budgets shall be stably carried on like in 2000. At the same time, to transfer a number of expenditure tasks from the central budget to local budgets in order to meet management requirements of localities.
This Circular also guides in detail the assignment of responsibility for budget revenue and expenditure tasks; the allocation of the 2001 State budget estimates and the direction of implementation; and budget management activities.- (Summary)
