THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE

CIRCULAR No.63-TC/CSTC of September 11, 1997 guiding the amendment and supplement to a number of provisions on organizing the collection and management of receipts of administrative fines as prescribed in Circular No.52-TC/CSTC of September 12, 1996.

To avoid obstacles in the management of collection of administrative fines, the Ministry of Finance guides the amendment to provisions of Points 2b and 2d and adds Point 2f to Part II, Section A of Circular No.52-TC/CSTC regarding the collection of fines by units under the State Treasury's authorization and the issue and management of fine receipts.- (Summary)
