To transfer the Vietnam Industrial Parks Management Board to the Ministry of Planning and Investment. The chairman of the Vietnam Industrial Parks Management Board and the Minister of Planning and Investment shall have to organize the transfer in status quo of the tasks, personnel, payroll and document dossiers of the Vietnam Industrial Parks Management Board to the Ministry of Planning and Investment. This Decision annuls Decision No. 969/TTg of December 28, 1996 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of Vietnam Industrial Parks Management Board.- (Summary)
