DECISION No. 07/2005/QD-BGTVT of January 7, 2005 promulgating the Regulation on management of operation of inland ports and wharves

The 4-chapter and 25-article Regulation applies to organizations and individuals that invest in the construction, management and exploitation of inland ports and/or wharves; use waterway means or carry out other activities related to inland ports or wharves, except for inland ports and wharves used for security and defense purposes; fishing ports; fishing wharves; and ferries.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 2046 QD/PC of August 6, 1996, Decision No. 3809/1999/QD-BGTVT of December 30, 1999 and Decision No. 1211/1999/QD-BGTVT of May 20, 1999.- (Summary)
