DECISION No.39/1999/QD-TTg of March 6, 1999 on the establishment of the Management Board of Thanh Hoa industrial parks

To establish the Management Board of Thanh Hoa industrial parks to manage all industrial parks in Thanh Hoa province.

The Management Board of Thanh Hoa industrial parks shall perform tasks and exercise powers of the management of industrial parks in accordance with the provisions of Article 27 of the Regulation on Industrial Parks, Export Processing Zones and High- Tech Parks, issued together with Decree No.36/CP of April 24, 1997 of the Government.- (Summary)
