DECISION No. 04/1999/QD-BNN-KL of January 6, 1999 ratifying the plan for equipping the ranger force with military weapons

To ratify the plan for equipping the ranger forces of the provinces and centrally-run cities and the ranger stations of the national parks with military weapons. The ranger departments are assigned to organize the allocation of military weapons and ammunition to their units according to the ratified plans in terms of quantity and category.

Military weapons shall be used only for official duties and allocated only to responsible persons who are fully qualified according to regulations.- (Summary)
