CIRCULAR No. 150/1998/TT-BTC of November 19, 1998 of Finance guiding the management and use of funds for training and fostering State officials and employees

The expenditures for training and fostering State officials and employees shall be included in the annual budgetary plans of the ministries, branches, provinces and centrally-run cities.

This Circular specifically guides the expenditure contents and levels, the drafting of budget estimates, the implementation and final settlement of funds for training and fostering State officials and employees.

This Circular replaces Joint Circular No.37/TT-LB of April 22, 1994 of the Government Commission for Organization and Personnel and the Ministry of Finance.- (Summary)
