To transfer the National Reserve Department to the Finance Ministry.

To assign the Finance Minister to assume the prime responsibility and coordinate with the Minister-Director of the Government�s Commission for Organization and Personnel and the Minister of Planning and Investment in submitting to the Government the organizational structure, management mechanism and operation of the National Reserve Department.

The Finance Minister shall exercise the function of State management over the National Reserve Department.- (Summary)
