Guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Ordinance on Preferential Treatment of People with Meritorious Services to the Revolution

This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces the Government’s Decree No. 28/CP of April 29, 1995 (excluding Articles 12, 15, 16, 17 and 18), Decree No. 47/2000/ND-CP of September 12, 2000, Decree No. 59/2003/ND-CP of June 4, 2003, Decree No. 69/2003/ND-CP of June 13, 2003, and Decree No. 210/2004/ND-CP of December 20, 2004; and the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 120/2004/QD-TTg of July 5, 2004.- (Summary)
