DECISION No. 4173/2004/QD-BYT of November 19, 2004 promulgating the commemorative medal “For the People’s Health” and the Regulation on conferment of the medal

The commemorative medal “For the People’s Health” shall be conferred on people, including employees inside and outside the health service and foreigners, who make contributions to the cause of building and development of Vietnam’s health service.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette, annulling the Health Minister’s Decision No. 796/QD-BYT of March 23, 1999.- (Summary)
