To transform Binh Dinh Vegetable Oil Company into Binh Dinh Vegetable Oil Stock Company - BIVOCO, as from April 1, 2001.
The stock company is headquartered at Section 4, Quang Trung ward, Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province.
Charter capital of the stock company: VND 4,000,000,000, in which equities sold to the laborers of the company represent 68.6% and equities sold to other subjects outside the company, 31.4%.- (Summary)
