This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces Decision No. 116/1998/QD-TTg of July 8, 1998, and other decisions setting up negotiating parties within the framework of APEC, ASEM, ASEAN and other free trade agreements.- (Summary)
