Promulgating the Provisional Regulation on the competence to settle complaints and denunciations lodged by citizens with units of the finance service

This Provisional Regulation replaces Articles 6 and 7 of the Regulation on reception of citizens and receipt and processing of complaints and denunciations lodged by citizens with units of the finance service, promulgated together with Decision No. 155/2002/QD-BTC of December 20, 2002.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO.”- (Summary)
