Providing preferential allowance and subsidy levels for people with meritorious services to the revolution

This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces Article 1, and Clauses 1 and 3, Article 2, of Decree No. 210/2004/ND-CP of December 20, 2004.

The preferential allowances and subsidies provided for in this Decree apply as from October 1, 2005.- (Summary)
