DECISION No. 04/2005/QD-BCN of February 16, 2005 approving the Charter on organization and operation of Hanoi Textile-Garment Company

To approve together with this Decision the 9-chapter and 40-article Charter on organization and operation of Hanoi Textile-Garment Company (HANOSIMEX), which is experimentally organized and operates after the parent company-subsidiary company model.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
