CIRCULAR No. 42/2001/TT-BGDDT of October 22, 2001 guiding subjects and criteria eligible for commendation in the forms of merit certificates by the Ministry of Education and Training, emulation banners by the Ministry of Education and Training, and emulation banners by the Government

This Circular guides the application within the educational service of the provisions of the Government�s Decree No. 56/1998/ND-CP of July 30, 1998 on the forms, eligible subjects and criteria of commendation and reward by the Government, the ministries, the ministerial-level agencies, the agencies attached to the Government and the People�s Committees at all levels.- (Summary)
