Decree No. 67/1998/ND-CP of September 1st, 1998 on changing the organization of Hanoi National University, Ho Chi Minh National University, Hue University, Thai Nguyen University and Da Nang University

To annul the provisions on the organization of elementary universities in the following legal documents:

- Clause 1, Item A, Article 4 of Decree No. 97-CP of December 10, 1994 of the Government on the establishment of Hanoi National University.

- Clause 1, Item A, Article 4 of Decree No. 30-CP of April 4, 1994 of the Government on the establishment of Hue University.

- Clause 1, Item A, Article 4 of Decree No. 31-CP of April 4, 1994 of the Government on the establishment of Thai Nguyen University.

- Clause 1, Item A, Article 4 of Decree No. 32-CP of April 4, 1994 of the Government on the establishment of Da Nang University.

- Clause a, Item 1, Article 4 of Decree No. 16-CP of January 27, 1995 of the Government on the establishment of Ho Chi Minh National University.- (Summary)
