DECISION No.186-TTg OF MARCH 28, 1996 OF THE PRIME MINISTER ON THE LIST OF STATE ENTERPRISES OF THE SPECIAL CATEGORY
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government of September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No.26-CP of May 23, 1993 of the Government providing for new wage system in the enterprises;
Pursuant to Decision No.185-TTg of March 28, 1996 of the Prime Minister on State enterprises of the special category;
At the proposals of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Minister of Finance,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To put the following State enterprises in the special category:
1- The Vietnam Electricity Corporation,
2- The Vietnam Coal Corporation,
3- The Vietnam Oil and Gas Corporation,
4- The Vietnam Cement Corporation,
5- The Vietnam Maritime Corporation,
6- The Vietnam Civil Aviation Corporation,
7- The Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Corporation,
8- The Vietnam Rubber Corporation,
9- The Vietnam Steel Corporation,
10- The Vietnam Coffee Corporation,
11- The Vietnam Tobacco Corporation,
12- The Vietnam Paper Corporation,
13- The Vietnam Textiles and Garments Corporation,
14- The Northern Food Corporation,
15- The Southern Food Corporation,
16- The Vietnam Chemicals Corporation,
17- The Vietnam Gemstones and Gold Corporation,
18- The Vietnam Railways Union,
19- The Vietnam Petroleum Corporation,
20- The Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam,
21- The Industrial and Commercial Bank of Vietnam,
22- The Bank for Agriculture of Vietnam,
23- The Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam.
Article 2.- The Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Minister of Finance shall have to guide the readjustment of salaries and title allowances for managerial officials in the State enterprises of the special category.
Article 3.- This Decision takes effect from the date of its signing.
Article 4.- The Ministers, the Heads of the Ministerial-level agencies, the Heads of the agencies attached to the Government, the Presidents of the People's Committees of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government shall have to implement this Decision.
