On organization and operation of Natural Resources and Environment Inspectorates

Natural Resources and Environment Inspectorates, including the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and Inspectorates of provincial/municipal Services of Natural Resources and Environment, function to conduct administrative and specialized inspection of land, water and mineral resources, environment, hydrometeorology, cartography and topography according to the provisions of law.

This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO.”- (Summary)
