DECISION No. 127/2005/QD-NHNN of February 3, 2005 amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Regulation on the provision of loans by credit institutions for their customers, issued together with the State Bank Governor’s Decision No. 1627/2001/QD-NHNN of December 31, 2001
This Decision amends and supplements Clause 2 of Article 2, Clauses 4, 5 and 6 of Article 3, and Clause 2 of Article 13; amends Articles 21 and 22, and Clause 1 of Article 23; and replaces the term “legal persons” in Articles 7 and 10 with the word “organizations”, of above-said Decision No. 1627/2001/QD-NHNN.
It takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and annuls Decision No. 688/2002/QD-NHNN of July 1, 2002; Official Dispatches No. 405/NHNN-CSTT of April 16, 2002, No. 950/NHNN-CSTT of September 3, 2002 and No. 1140/NHNN-CSTT of September 29, 2003.- (Summary)
