In order to overcome weaknesses and handle violations in the financial management, book-keeping and settlement of project investment capital by investors strictly according to the State’s regulations, the Minister of Communications and Transport requests investors, the State management specialized departments and corporations under the Ministry to enhance the management of the observance of the regime of financial management, book-keeping and settlement of investment capital of completed projects by their dependent units.- (Summary)
