CIRCULAR No.33-TC/TCT of June 13, 1997 guiding the collection of money for the use of State budget capital.

Economic organizations using fixed capital and working capital allocated by the State Bank and originated from the State budget shall have to pay money for the use of such capital.

The Circular provides guidances on: subjects of calculation and payment of money for the use of State budget capital; basis for calculation and the collection rates; measures to declare the payment and collection of money for the use of State budget capital.

This Circular takes effect from January 1st, 1997 and shall replace Circular No.13-TC/TCT of February 28, 1991 and Circular No.89-TC/TCT of December 31, 1992 of the Ministry of Finance.- (Summary)
