DECREE NoDECREE No. 152/2003/ND-CP of December 9, 2003 establishing communes and wards of Vung Tau city and Tan Thanh rural district; and splitting Long Dat rural district into Long Dien and Dat Do rural districts, Ba Ria-Vung Tau province
To establish Thang Nhat ward of Vung Tau city on the basis of a land area of 440.04 ha and a population of 20,745 of ward 9.
To establish Tan Phuoc commune of Tan Thanh rural district on the basis of a land area of 2,933.12 ha and a population of 7,399 of Phuoc Hoa commune.
To split Hoi Bai commune of Tan Thanh rural district into Tan Hoa and Tan Hai communes, which shall have a land area of 3,063.57 ha and a population of 9,237; and 2,242.13 ha and 10,091, respectively.
To transfer a land area of 207.33 ha of Long Hai township of Long Dat rural district to Phuoc Hai commune.
To split Long Dat rural district into Long Dien and Dat Do rural districts.
Long Dien rural district shall have a land area of 7,699.36 ha, a population of 110,485 and 7 dependent administrative units; while these figures for Dat Do rural district shall be 18,957.63, 62,830 and 8.
This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
