DECISION No. 255/2003/QD-TTg of December 1, 2003 transferring traffic roads, electricity systems, irrigation works, schools and dispensaries of State-run agricultural and forestry farms to localities
Under this Decision of the Prime Minister, traffic roads, irrigation works, schools and dispensaries built, managed and used by State-run agricultural and/or forestry farms shall be transferred to the provincial/municipal People's Committees or units authorized by the provincial/municipal People's Committees. Meanwhile, electricity systems invested, managed and used by State-run agricultural and/or forestry farms shall be transferred to Vietnam Electricity Corporation.
This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
