Vietnam Children Support Fund is a non-business organization under the Committee for Population, Family and Children.

The Fund operates to mobilize domestic and international financing sources in order to contribute to attaining a number of objectives on child protection, care and education.

Attached to the Fund is the Support Council composed of prestigious persons operating in different fields, who dedicate themselves to the cause of child protection, care and education, and volunteer to participate in supporting and mobilizing sources for the Fund.

The Fund is consolidated and developed along the direction of:

- Increasing the number of children to be supported by the Fund;

- Developing and preserving the Fund;

- Operating on the principles of self-financing in forms of mobilizing contributions from State agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations, social organizations, socio-professional organizations, economic organizations, armed forces’ units as well as domestic and foreign organizations and individuals, and other lawful revenue sources.- (Summary)
