Issued together with this Decision is the List of supplemented and amended numeral codes of Chapters (A and B), Clauses, Items and Sub-items, issued together with the Finance Minister�s Decision No. 280/TC/QD-BTC of April 15, 1997; and the Finance Ministry�s Circulars No. 156/1998/TT-BTC of December 22, 1998, No. 60/1999/TT-BTC of June 1, 1999, No. 67/2000/TT-BTC of July 13, 2000, and No. 67/2001/TT-BTC of August 22, 2001 guiding, supplementing and/or amending the State Budget Index system, which is used for the State budget estimation, execution and settlement.

To annul the Finance Minister�s Decision No. 209/2000/QD-BTC of December 25, 2000 promulgating the State Budget Index system applicable to commune-level budgets.

This Decision takes effect as from January 1, 2003.- (Summary)
