This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces Decision No. 18/1999/QD-CHK of June 25, 1999, of the Director of the Aviation Administration of Vietnam, and Decision No. 23/2000/QD-CHK of August 16, 2000, of the Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam.- (Summary)
