THE PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government of September 30, 1992;

Pursuant to the tasks and functions of the Vietnam Air Traffic Management,

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To amend the provision related to the managerial titles defined in Article 4 of Decision No. 15/1998/QD-TTg of January 24, 1998 of the Prime Minister on transforming the Vietnam Air Traffic Management into a State public-utility enterprise as follows:

- The general director of the Vietnam Air Traffic Management shall be appointed and dismissed by the Prime Minister;

- The deputy general director and the chief accountant shall be appointed and dismissed by the head of Vietnam Civil Aviation Administration after consulting the Minister-Head of the Government Commission for Organization and Personnel.

Article 2.- This Decision takes effect after its signing.

Article 3.- The ministers, the heads of the ministerial-agencies, the heads of the related agencies attached to the Government, the head of the Vietnam Civil Aviation Administration and the Vietnam Air Traffic Management shall have to implement this Decision.
