The Minister of Communications and Transport instructs Vietnam Land Road Administration to coordinate with the provincial/municipal Communications and Transport Services in:

- Reviewing the announced inter-provincial passenger transportation routes, abolishing those failing to meet the prescribed standards;

- Expeditiously completing the project on construction of car parks and car stops on national highways and submitting it to the Ministry of Communications and Transport for approval;

- Placing sign boards on car stops for embarking or disembarking passengers on all national highways managed by Vietnam Land Road Administration;

- Proposing the Minister to promulgate the Regulation on responsibilities of passenger-car drivers and measures to handle violations committed by passenger-car drivers and managing agencies.
