JOINT CIRCULAR No.10/1998/TTLT-BGTVT-BQP-BNV of January 13, 1998 guiding a number of points in Decree No.40-CP of July 5, 1996 of the Government on ensuring the traffic order and safety on inland waterways to be applicable to armed forces.

This Circular provides guidance for the provisions on registration, management and technical inspection of inland waterways transport means of armed forces; crew members on inland waterways transport means of armed forces; and ports and inland water ports of armed forces.- (Summary)
