The Minister of Science and Technology requests:

- Every official and employee in agencies performing the State management over science and technology at central and local levels as well as organizations and individuals engaged in scientific and technological activities shall have to clearly determine that the study of legislation on science and technology in order to raise their understanding thereof and the strict observance of science and technology legislation are his/her responsibilities; to set fine examples in materializing and observing laws and take the responsibility for propagation and dissemination of legislation on science and technology among people.

- The heads of the agencies under the Ministry of Science and Technology, the directors of the provincial/municipal Science, Technology and Environment Services, the heads of agencies managing scientific and technological activities under the ministries and branches and the heads of scientific and technological organizations shall have to direct and regularly inspect the propagation and dissemination of legislation on science and technology within the scope of their operation.

This Directive also specifies the responsibilities of some departments and schools under the Ministry of Science and Technology aiming to enhance the propagation and dissemination of legislation on science and technology.- (Summary)
