In order to finalize the list of the declared revolutionaries and resistance war activists, who had been imprisoned by enemies, but have not yet enjoyed allowances, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs issued this Circular to guide the amendment of the procedures to compile dossiers on revolutionaries and resistance war activists who had been imprisoned by enemies, but had not left their families while engaged in the revolutionary activities.- (Summary)
