DECISION No.83/1998/QD-TTg of April 15, 1998 on the regime of wages and allowances for members of managing boards and control commissions of the State corporations and the large-size independent State enterprises.

The chairmen and full-time members of the managing boards (except for general directors) and the members of the control commissions shall be entitled to professional wages according to the grade of State officials on the table of administrative wages (01) issued together with Decree No.25-CP of May 23, 1993 of the Government.

Post allowances to chairmen and full-time members of the managing boards (except for general directors) and the members of the control commissions shall be specified according to the coefficients calculated on the current minimum wage level set by the State.

Funds for payment of wages and allowances to the members of the managing boards and control commissions shall be accounted into the managerial expenses of the enterprises.- (Summary)
