Guiding the setting up, management and use of the Emulation and Commendation Fund under the Government’s Decree No. 121/2005/ND-CP of September 30, 2005, detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation and the Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation

This Circular shall take effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replace the Finance Ministry’s Circular No. 25/2001/TT-BTC of April 16, 2001.- (Summary)
