CIRCULAR NoCIRCULAR No. 77/2002/TT-BTC of September 10, 2002 prescribing the regime of collection, payment and use management of fees for granting people�s identity cards as well as household registration and management fees
Vietnamese citizens having their people�s identity cards granted, replaced or re-granted by police agencies, or making household management registration with police agencies, must pay fees according to the provisions of this Circular.
The fee-collecting police agencies must publicly post up fee levels at the offices where fees are collected.
The Circular also specifies the collection levels, the organization of collection and payment as well as the use management of the above-said fees.- (Summary)
