This Circular guides the method of re-calculation of pension and social insurance allowance levels of the following types: pension, allowance for laborers having lost their working capacity, allowance for rubber workers, sickness and maternity allowances, labor accident and occupational disease allowances, funeral allowance, and allowance for commune/ward officials who have retired from their work and are entitled thereto under the Government’s Decree No.09/1998/ND-CP of January 23, 1998.- (Summary)
