JOINT CIRCULAR No. 15/2000/TTLT-BLDTBXH-BTC of July 4, 2000 guiding the regime of seafaring allowance for workers and officials of pubic-service units of geological sector
In this Joint Circular, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Finance jointly guide the subjects entitled to seafaring allowance regime as well as other regimes, including meals and fresh water for daily life.
