JOINT CIRCULAR No. 01/2005/TTLT/BCA-BLDTBXH of January 18, 2005 guiding the prevention and combat against law violation acts in labor export

According to this Joint Circular, violators of the legislation on labor export shall, depending on the nature and seriousness of their violations, be disciplined, administratively handled or examined for penal liability.

This Joint Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
