The Prime Minister instructs the Presidents of the People�s Committees and the People�s Councils of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government, Vice Ministers and the persons holding equivalent positions who are under 55 years of age to arrange their time and works to participate in refresher courses on administrative management organized at the National Administrative Institute in 1997.- (Summary)
