The Prime Minister issued this Directive requesting the ministers, the heads of the ministerial-level agencies, the heads of the agencies attached to the Government and the presidents of the People's Committees of Lai Chau, Dak Lak, Can Tho and Lao Cai provinces to well perform a number of tasks in order to realize the National Assembly's Resolution on the separation and adjustment of administrative boundaries of these four provinces.- (Sumamry)
