DECISION No.812-TTg OF DECEMBER 12, 1995 OF THE PRIME MINISTER on broadening the range of beneficiaries of long-term labor incapacitation allowances, who have retired from their work and who have been benefiting from such allowances if their service seniority is 20 full years or more.
